I will pray for you.
What you have done keeps me up at night and I will never know how someone can be so heartless. If you can’t afford to keep an employee on the payroll, that’s part of life sometimes. I get it!
What I don’t get is how you can just spring it on him & his family like a Pearl Harbor attack.
We can adapt. We are cool like that.
But Emily has a harder time. She’s fragile like that.
It would have been really nice to give some notice of this said bombing so your faithful employee of 15 years could get some medical insurance & possibly a job in place so he could provide for his family and special needs child.
I guess I was thinking there was more than just an employee boss relationship. It breaks my heart that the years of commitment can just be terminated so callously.
Luke 23:34 Jesus said, “Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do.”
