♥ 2 c. (4 sticks) butter, softened
♥ 2 c. granulated sugar
♥ 1 can (16 oz) solid-pack pumpkin
♥ 2 eggs
♥ 4 c. all-purpose flour
♥ 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
♥ 1 tsp. baking powder
♥ 1/2 tsp. baking soda
♥ 1 package (12 oz) white chocolate chips
♥ 1 container (16 oz) cream cheese frosting
♥ 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1. Preheat oven to 375F. Grease cookie sheets.
2. Beat butter and granulated sugar in large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add pumpkin and eggs; beat until well blended. Add flour, pumpkin pie spice, baking powder and baking soda; beat until just blended. Stir in white chocolate chips.
3. Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake about 16 minutes or until set and bottoms are a little browned. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheets. if you can wait that long.
4. Combine frosting and brown sugar in small bowl. Spread on warm cookies.
