There was a time last year that Emily didn’t want to go outside very much. I wrote a blog post about it last August called One Step Forward. I am pretty sure she had a problem with the sun touching her. Overcast days became her favorite time to venture out.
Now, every morning after we get ready for preschool, Emily goes straight for the front door & we go outside. We leave about 20 minutes early so she has a chance to run up and down the driveway.
Emily is seriously fascinated with her shadow & I am fascinated watching her play with her shadow. Could she be any cuter?
My voice shalt though hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up. Psalm 5:3
Not a bad way to start each morning right? Get up every morning and receive God’s love and mercy and the power of His Word for your life. Unpack your dreams. We do.
Time for school Pooh. Miss Chris is waiting for you.
The moment when you first wake up in the morning is the most wonderful of the twenty-four hours. No matter how weary or dreary you may feel, you possess the certainty that, during the day that lies before you, absolutely anything may happen. The possibility is always there. ~Monica Baldwin
