It’s fall here on the East coast and the days of summer are behind us…. but the love of sunshine and fun quilts always have our hearts.

I used a Sunny Side Quilt Kit from the Fat Quarter Shop includes the Accentuate the Positive Quilt Pattern by It’s Sew Emma and Curiosities fabric designed by Jenni Baker. The backing set can be purchased seperately.
This fabric is so fun, I couldn’t wait to get started…..

In just a weekend, I had a beautiful quilt together with plenty of time left over to do laundry, make a spaghetti dinner {nowhere near the quilt}, and all those fun mom things.
