The Cowboy Boot Project: When the members of the Sizzix quilting design team collaborate together ….. each making a cowboy boot block that will become part of a larger quilt and shared via social media and quilting events.
How fun would it be to make a cozy quilt for your favorite cowboy or cowgirl?

If you want to make an adorable quilt thats quick & easy and looks like you spent hours upon hours cutting fabric then this tumbler quilt is perfect for you.
Fabric you need to make a 49″ x 64″ tumbler quilt:
With your Sizzix fabi machine, cutting pads & tumbler die ….. cut 240 tumblers.
Using our Sizzix products …. we were able to cut 580 tumblers in under an hour. Enough for both of us.
Time saving tip: If you are using 5″ strips for your tumblers, you can lay one entire strip on your die and cut them all at once.
Starting with your first row, stitch together 20 tumblers with 1/4″ seam allowance.
Don’t forget to square up your top and bottom edge before quilting.
I quilted mine 1/4″ away from each seam ….. i just love how it frames the tumblers.
Sewing with friends is priceless….. and with a limited amount of time, we were so excited to use our Sizzix fabric cutting machine to make this comfy cozy quilt to remember our time together.
