It’s no secret it was love at first sight when I met this beautiful fabric Wiltshire Daisy by Carina Gardener. So when my friend Amanda Jedicraftgirl and I decided to make quilts together {with our kitty helpers}….. well….. you can guess what happened next.

After choosing the June Bug pattern by Thimbleblossoms…..

We measured. We cut. We text. We got our kids off to school. We sewed. We laughed. We played with our kittens. We sewed some more. We made dinner for our families. And we made our quilts. Even though we are 3000 miles apart.

The road to a friends house is never far.
